Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base Review Part 2 with Arbalest

Continue from part 1, I’m going to review the Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 009 and a bit on 005. As I mentioned on the previous post, there will be photos on how the wall-floor mechanism and how I play around with it. To make it even better, I took some test shots with Kaiyodo Revoltech ARX-7 Arbalest!

Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 005 & 009
Gattai! This is how it actually works when both 005 and 009 wall unit put together. They have to form a L-shape.

Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 005 & 009
009’s floor is actually a roof of other units!

Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 005 & 009
It is a roof but it can also function as floor and join side by side with other floor unit. The middle floor unit belongs to 009. Now is the problem… the middle wall is empty =___=

Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 005 & 009
What I did was simply turn the 009’s wall unit over and fill the empty area. Not the best but better than leaving it empty. I don’t feel like buying another 2 004/005/006 just for the sake of filling the area =__=
