Continue from part 1, I’m going to review the Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Base 009 and a bit on 005. As I mentioned on the previous post, there will be photos on how the wall-floor mechanism and how I play around with it. To make it even better, I took some test shots with Kaiyodo Revoltech ARX-7 Arbalest!

Thanks to Chubbybots’s post, at last I got my Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Bases! I have been searching for them since the previous outing. I always wanted to build a mechanical base as my mecha’s photo shoot background.

Since h4mster asked me how to do the colouring of my RX-78-2 Gundam Titans Ver, I would like to make a photoshop tutorial on the technique I used. There is a line art image file that I scanned and edited from the HGUC Gundam Manual.

Lately I’m addicted of Advance of Z Mobile Suits series. While I’m designing the colour scheme for my RX-78-2 Gundam Titans Ver, I found this interesting site that have the whole list of Advance of Z Mobile suits, including the variations. Since it is not a very popular series, let me post a few design of TR-1 to TR-6 and spread the love.

Gunbra Cao Pi Gundam update! Let me post the 3 W.I.P photos for the painting process. Since my GF is new to Gunpla, I suggested to do minimal painting instead of painting the whole figure. We mainly coloured the gold and red parts. The effect is great and we love the bling bling! =D
